Tazzina Bistro Catering Planning an event, whether it is a dinner party for 20 or a wedding for 200, is a fun and stressful experience. It is our goal at Tazzina Bistro, to alleviate much of the stress for you, and allow you to enjoy a fabulous event! We strive to maintain the same food philosophy in our catered event as we do in our dining room; by using fresh ingredients, highlighting local producers and preparing our food from scratch. The dynamic of food service changes, when cooking to-order in a restaurant versus serving 50-150 guests at the same time; as a result our catering items have been carefully chosen to maintain quality & integrity under the special circumstances of off-site catering. We offer a variety of menus to fit most events, venues and budgets; and have a staff of experienced caterers ready to assist in your planning. Attention to detail, professional service and dining room quality food will help make your event truly special. Each event has its’ own special requirements, in order to help our catering managers better assist you, we have developed a catering questionnaire. By answering these questions, and returning them before your scheduled appointment, our catering managers will have a clear idea of your needs and will be ready to make the process of planning your event a pleasurable, and head ache-free experience! In an effort to give you the most control of your catering budget, we have itemized each cost associated with a typical event, and the subsequent labor requirements.
